What Causes Pink Rash On Body And Swollen Glands After Unprotected Sex?

I had unprotected sex and now, weeks later, I have a weird pinky rash across my body and swollen glands on the back of my neck. I didn't have any fever or other discomfort. Could I be infected by HIV? I had an blood test and my lymphocyte levels are all normal.

Hey.
Thanks for your question. The short description you have given most likely resembles a infection, and more of a viral infection. There are many viruses that can be transmitted sexually, not only HIV. So I suggest you, wait for a few weeks, then get to do an HIV test, repeat the blood test, and depending on the evolution at that time, it would be good to re post your complaints for other more specific orientation. Thanks.
