What Causes Pimple Like Growth On The Testes?
May I ask what kind of skin groin disease that I have. Here is the description. There is a tiny something on my testes that looks like a pimple. It is only itchy but not painful. I search already on the internet and it doesn't look like a genital herpes. Thanks in advance.

As the lesion is painless it may not be herpes. Itchy lesion on that area more likly to be a fungal infection. But need some detail as it's recurrent or primary ? Its a single or multiple ?
