What Causes Persistent Sore Throat With Swollen Lymph Node?

hi, i have had a really sore throat over the past four days now, and it pains me to eat/drink/swallow and breath through my mouth. i have a swollen lypmh node on the right, and have experienced back ache which has progressed up to my neck. i have taken pracetamol and lemsip but no change. what do you think it could be? thanks, rosie, age 17, female.

Well come to HCM
If swollen lymph node is there in cervical region with the soar throat then this could be bacterial infection, if I would be treating doctor of this case then I would treat this with Tab Azithromycin 500 mg once in day for three days Tab Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen 400 mg as per needed, hope this information helps.
