What Causes Persistent Pain And Discomfort In Breathing?

I have been having problems with my breathing, it's just under my bust, I feel like I can't get enough air and it aches. I also get a weird feeling in my head and body when I take a breath in, I've had a chest x-ray when I had a chest infection, it came back clear, the dr has checked my chest front and back, they said it was clear, but I'm still having so much trouble with it, I don't know what else to do.
