This month i got cramping for 4 days from the 25th day of my cycle and got my periods on the 28th day. Im on the second day of my periods now. Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

As per your menstrual history, your fertile period falls between day 17 to 25 of your cycle. If you happen to have unprotected sex activity in this period then you have chance to get pregnant.

As you have started your periods, chances of you being pregnant are almost nil If you have any doubts detection of beta HCG hormone that confirms pregnancy can be done with urine pregnancy test or blood test.

Secondly, please seek help from your treating gynecologist to rule out pelvic inflammatory disease, as a cause of cramping pain. get a per speculum and per vaginal examination done. If needed a week long course of broad spectrum antibiotic like Doxycycline will be of help, seek prescription support for the same from your doctor.

Please get counseled about safe and protected sex activity. This will help to avoid STDs and unwanted pregnancy.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
