General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to viral infection or bacterial infection. As baby is lethargic, so consult with your pediatrician for health status. You can give syp Paracetamol, syp Ondansetron, syp Mefenamic Acid after consultation. He may require complete hemogram, chest X-ray after consultation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
