What Causes Persistent Diarrhea?

ive had diarrhea for about three or four days and its watery i just got over a cold so can i already have the stomach flu right after i have a cold i was coughy and sneezy and my throat hurt and i had really bad headaches in the eyes from blowing my noes to much everything i look up about my symptoms brings me to hiv /aids paige ... and i dont think thats the case.... but do you think that i just have a stomach flu?? or maybe i ate something wrong how do you know its not food poisning

It may the stomach flu or another type of viral gastroenteritis. It is harmless but irritating. Remember to stay hydrated with lemonade, soda, or otherwise carbonated beverages.
