hello, 5 weeks ago i engaged in sex, the condom broke, about two weeks ago i started to experience Shortness of breath, this is very unusual for myself as I'am an avid runner. 2 days ago i started to experience periods of increased perspiration, especially at night. No fever has been present, no swelling in lymph-nodes, no thrush or sore throat. I was tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia, both negative. any advice
