What Causes Palpitations And Shaking Of Hands After Taking Tylenol?

so i been with this really bad cold and took tylenol not pm just the normal one. but i took some allergy relief an hour before i took the tylenol and i feel weird right now, like weak and like my heart is racing and my hands are shaking, should i be worried??
