What Causes Palpitations And Black Out
right now my heart beated very hard where i felt it and when that happened i blacked out for a second i can feel it in my for head when it did that like a rush of blood went to my head i take xanax and suffer from drinking alcohol not every day but i do drink heavily

Feeling of abnormal heart beat with black out is really matter of concern and it may be due to circulatory disturbances. Cerebral lesion needs to be ruled out and for that CT brain is advisable. Secondly, it may not be like that and could be some anxiety and depression be the caused.
Even alcohol some time plays the role but these can not be taken as granted and condition needs to be brought for investigations.
