General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of bypass and has developed a huge lump under the stomach which is very painful, can not bend or do the things you need to do.

This looks to be a huge keloid which has engulfed some nerves that is causing this problem.
I would advise you the following:
MRI of the area, an opinion of a General Surgeon.
Exploration of the keloid, if required get this removed.
This may solve the problems.
Before this, you can give a fair trial of oral steroids.
I find this answer helpful
