Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As per your description, it is unlikely to be an ovarian cyst - the cause of pain is generally in lower back or sacroiliac joints in your case. Ovarian cyst normally presents with bleeding problems. Get a checkup by an orthopedic surgeon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Gopal Goel,
