Hi

Pelvic pain may be a sign of menstrual cramps, ovulation, or a gastrointestinal issue such as a food intolerance.

Any history of burning or reduced micturition, fever, foul smelling or coloured vaginal discharge should be ruled out.

Urinary tract infection or vaginal infection can be the cause for the above symptoms.

Antibiotics, adequate hydration and proper vaginal hygiene would reduce the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
