What Causes Pain In The Left Side Of My Neck,throat And Inner Ear?
For 4 1/2 weeks now I have severe pain in the left side of my neck, throat, & inner ear. The pain is get worse to the point I can t touch my throat or neck. Pain when swallowing. I have had a couple dizzy spells & some pain in my chest & left arm. I am very tired. I have gone to my family Dr. She seems concerned. She is sending me to a Gastroenterologist. I don t understand why. I need some relief & answers.
hi. It is more than a month that you are suffering. You have pain in te neck, throat and inner ear. You need to see an ENT Surgeon who on clinical examination can tell you the cause and proper treatment too. The pain can be so severe because of the more Sensory response or it is possible that there is inflammation of the cartilages in the front part of the neck. The dizziness, Chest pain and left arm can be due to bacterimia or septicemia due to the infection in the respiratory tract. You need to take a course of an antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and antihistamine for cure. There is no Globus Pharyngis in your case.
