What Causes Pain In Testicles?
Hello, today is week 4 from initail iincident. I ejaculated and went to sleep. woke up with pain in right testicle. 2 weeks went to urologist. Not hernia,kidney stone or cancer. 3 weeks later... today i seen my testicle was going length wise. and i flipped it back. When i was a child I had tubes tided because fluids would fill scrotum. been on teva naproxen for swelling. pain is a 3-10. please tell me my testicle won't rot.

I have gone through your question and under stood your concerns. Pain after getting hit on testis is something normal. You said that, now your testis has grown length size. But normally right testis is supposed to be bigger then left one. But If there is a much bigger lump or swelling, then it might be hematoma called hematocele because of the injury. You need an ultrasonography of the scrotum to look on testis. If there is big hematoma and disruption of the testis, You will need surgical exploration to evacuate the blood and repair the affected testis along with careful examination of the associated structures like epididymis. For the time being use scrotal support and tab paracetmol 500mg 8hourly for pain relief. In childhood you were operated for hyndrocele, which I think will not be the problem now. Wishing you rapid recovery.
