What Causes Pain In Testicles Though STD Test Were Negative?

I spoke to my son earlier tonight and he said he has been having pain in his testicles. It seems to come and go and has been in each testicle at different times. He is 26 and this started back in April. He went to the doctor and was tested for STDs 3 different times with negative results. He is finally seeing a urologist who has him on some other medication now for 2 weeks. What can this be signs of?

Hi,
From history it seems that he might be having chronic epididimo-orchitis giving this problem.
You have rightly consulted urologist for your problem.
He might have given long antibiotic medicine.
Continue with medicine and he will be alright.
Ok and take care.
