first thing i can assure you that pain in shoulder is not related to your pregnancy. it may be you are sleeing in wrong posture or may be due to cervical spondylitis. As you are saying that it is associated with light headed ness so most probably it is cervical spondylitis. in this because of nerve compression in neck, that patient feel this type of pain. I would recommend you to go for a x ray of neck. till that time avoid using a very big pillow. do not keep your neck in same position for long hours I mean do not watch tv or sit in front of laptop for long hours. you can take advice of a physio who will teach you some very simple exercises which will improve your neck muscle strength. if. you would be my patient i would prescribe you intermittent cervical traction and short wave diathermy at your shoulder.
