What Causes Pain In Right Testicle And Lower Stomach?

I am experiencing some pain in my right testicle and lower right stomach area. There is no visible swelling or anything visible at all. It started yesterday and hasnt went away. Any suggestions, I dont have the money to get to the doctor at this moment and I dont wanna go to the hospital unless its serious please help me.

1.This kind of pains are seen in case of infection/inflammation in the testis.
2.In some case it does ease of itself, may require treatment.
3.In your case if the pain on the scale of 10 is less than 3 the i would recommend a pain killer for 24-48 hours, if pain/discomfort persists - aim sorry you have to arrange to see doctor to get proper treatment.
4.I would recommend book an appointment as soon as you can.
