What Causes Pain In Right Lower Abdomen With Diarrhoea?
I am a 20 year old female and I have had my gallbladder removed. I have had right sided abdominal pain for appoximately 3 weeks now. It is a constant dull pain from right below my rib cage to right above my pelvis. I am also nauseated and have a slight headache most of the day. After I eat I have extreme pain in my right lower quadrant along with diarrhea. When the extreme pain comes I feel really hot and my face gets really flushed, it is also hard for me to breath. After the pain goes away I feel really weak, my hands shake, and I feel jittery. I went to the doctor 2 weeks ago and he said that it was UTI and put me on a 10 day antibotic, it hasnt affected me at all. Any suggestions?
The present symptoms might not be due to gall bladder removed but it could be due to some infection now it could be intestinal infection or it may be Urinary tract infection.
If would be doctor of this case, then I would ask for Ultrasonography and urine complete test with culture sensitivity test, such case really need investigations and cannot be taken as granted for anything , it would be even better if you go for CT abdomen.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Akhtarhusain
