General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi,
rom your history it is most likely issue of Gall bladder or pancreas. A proper ultrasound examination, Liver function test, amylase in blood to be done to rule out that. Taking Proton pump inhibitors like Esomeprazole (Nexium) will be helpful to some extent. Avoid fatty spicy and oily foods. Cakes and yolk of egg should be avoided also.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nishad B. N., General & Family Physician
