What Causes Pain In Neck And Spine Region Between Shoulder Girdle?
hi, age-26, height-5.7 weight 60kg male I have in various body parts. one is in neck. I could not work for long with my neck down. the pain continue to go to head region. then there is a pain in spine region between shoulder girdle. pain in low back and pain at the base of the heel. get accentuated when standing is prolonged. pain in the region below patella which get accentuated while running for a minute or two, please help
Your symptoms could be related to chronic degenerations of the vertebral column or a connective tissue disorder (like arthritis). Vitamin D deficiency can not be excluded either.
For this reason, I would recommend performing some tests: -complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation
-vitamin D plasma levels for possible deficiency
- calcium plasma levels
- a cervicothoracic spine X-ray study.
You should discuss it with your doctor on the above tests.
