What Causes Pain In My Right Testicle?

i am feeling pain in my testicles

though the pain is very much .....and i do not feel it until i touch my testicle...

pain is in my right testicle...

i m feeling the pain since last 2 days...

size of right testicle is a little larger than left one... but it quite from a long time...

Pain in Rt testicle could be due to infection of Epididymis and testicle.(Epididymo Orchitis ) .

You need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination to confirm the diagnosis and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture
2) Ultrasound scanning of scrotum.

Take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute.

This should get cured within a week.
