What Causes Pain In My Right Arm Pit After A Large Bruise And Small Hematoma Above Right Wrist?

After a fall last Monday and large bruise and small hematoma just above my right wrist, I seem to have pain in my right arm pit and when I stretch my arm out, I can feel a pin point sharp sensation down my arm to just below where my arm bends. It's very sensitive to run my finger along the skin running down the inside of my arm from the upper muscle down the inside of my arm. What do you think?

Hi,
you met an trauma over right arm pit level and painful on touch n right shoulder joint movement painful. These are signs of some bony or soft tissue injury which can be diagnosed through radiological investigation and managed according to it.
So in my opinion visit a orthopaedic clinic and get treated there.

Thanks n regards
