What Causes Pain In Lung With Heart Palpitations And Muscle Pain?

I could, but I am in a situation that I couldn't pay you, that is why I cannot continue. I thought I use the internet instead to call a doctor.

I have Pain in my left lung with heart palpitations, right now I felt like I want to cough or like muscle pain as when you do excercises and after you have sore muscles

I can understand your concern

Heart palpitation always not pathological.
It could be because of some physiological cause like fever, excess exercise etc.
But to rule out cardiac problem I would suggest you to do ECG first.

Second this pain could be by viral respiratory infection as constitutional pain.It is treated symptomatically.

If you have fever and cough both better to do simple chest x ray to rule out bronchitis or pneumonitis Like condition although it seems unlikely here.

Finally because of excess exercise muscular strain can occur lead to chest pain.simple analgesic can be taken with hot compress.

Also rule out gastric problem that can lead reffered chest pain.
