General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is due to arthritis and is quite common after chikunguniya and dengue. In most cases it will settle without further complications. Consult a rheumatologist and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
