What Causes Pain In Both Testicles With Normal Blood/ultrasound/scrotum And Pelvic MRI?

Hi,
i am alok and my age is 35 yrs. i have pain in my both testicles for more than 6 yrs ,my whole abdomen ultrasound,scrotum and pelvic mri is normal .but still feel a minor pain in testicles and extend to my left legs.but a left epididmides shows small cyst of 1.3 mm.my KFT,LET,Urine R/E blood report is normal.
Pls suggest

Hello
Mr. Alok you know that there is a cyst on the left testicle , either in scrotum or in testis .
This is the main cause of pain on the left side .
So consult a surgeon and get his opinion , if surgeon advise surgery please get it .
If mild infection is there in epididymis get conservative treatment as physical examination is important .
