What Causes Pain Below My Right Rib Cage?
Why do I get pain below my right rib cage? I have been having a pain just below my right rib cage when. It restrains me from twisting to the right side. I've had this for possibly 3 years now. I went to go get it checked and the doctor thought it was just an abdominal strain so I was told that the stretching out and doing abdominal exercises would help but it didn't.

from your history it appears to be muscular pain.you may try simple anaglesics like aciclofenac along with vit.D and calcium,also avoid some constant stress to your abdominal muscle correcting your sitting posture and activity like lifting weight.if inspite of these above measures it continues then u should consult your GP and go to specialist as suggested by him.
