Hello,

According to the condition, the issue seems mostly calculus in the urinary tract with referred pain to vagina.

In our clinic, we recommend to undertake an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis for the diagnosis and further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
