What Causes Oozing Raised Spots On The Leg?

I have small raised spots on my leg in the front about 5 above my ankle. The arey oozing a clear fluid in a small amount. But, it does appear to be relatively constant. Not an insect bite. No itching associated with it. I ve noticed the area being a little wet before. I thought it was sweat. It isn t sweat. What may be causing this? I have type 2 diabetes and quite honestly my control could be better.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history you are having subacute eczema.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like fusiderm-b cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
MBBS, DDVL.
