What Causes Numbness In Arms Post A Head Injury?

Hi I'm Nancy a 53 yr old weighing approx 170 at 6' tall. Recently I had a head injury by falling down stairs which caused compression of my 4&5 Cspine vertebra and on C6 as well. I have had the surgery but still have hypersensitivity to forearms which has spread to upper arms and back. I still have numbness in arms and electrical shocks in arms and sometimes in feet. I also have hypothyroidism. After my c-spine surgery I had several seizures most probably due to pain medication. I am wondering if my hypersensitivity could possibly be due to a hypothalmus problem as I have constant cold feet, weight management problems, low sex drive, bouts of depression? Thank you so much.
