What Causes Numbness In Head Post Head Injury?

I fell and hit left side of the top of my head. It was a short fall, but I did not have time to brace myself and my head hit first. It has been about 36 hours and the top left side if my head is numb. I do not feel pain. I do not have any cuts or bumps but the side of my head that took the direct hit us still numb. it can be just concusion. apply ice pack at injury point. observe for signs of vomiting visual problem size of pupil observe for any symptom. slowly it will be normal.
