What Causes Numbness In Abdomen After Recovered From Stomach Virus?

I ve been vomiting occasionally and having occasional bouts of diarrhea for six days. Other symptoms have been chills, weakness, but all sporadically. I went to an urgent care and was told I likely have a stomach virus. I was prescribed promethazine (25 mg) but have only taken two because the vomiting stopped Friday. Since then, though, I have noticed the area on the right side of my abdomen feels numb, just to the right of the belly button. No pains. The doctor I saw felt around on my stomach and said it seemed fine, before the numbness started. Should I have my abdomen checked again or could the numbness be a result of the stomach sickness?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and let me tell you that if this was the viral infection then no need to worry about this the viral gastritis is nothing to worry the symptom of numbness is nonspecific type and this is not related with the infection and this also nothing to worry, every thing would be oaky soon, have a nice day.
