What Causes Numbness And Tingling In Arms With Neck Pain?
Hi I woke up over 2 weeks ago with severe neck pain so went to see physio then developed numb arm and tingling sensations with neck pain that is much worse at night to the point it wakes me up and headache but it feels like something needs to click also have burning sensations in neck and shoulder all the time

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
Consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
We have to rule out possible causes like cervical spondylitis which might compress the nerve roots in the neck and cause the symptoms.
