What Causes Numbing Pain In Lower Part After Having Miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage last Sunday. I bled for 20 hours mildly. The doctor said I wouldn't bleed any more. I started bleeding again on Tuesday mildly. Now, I'm having a numbing pain really low on my right side. I don't know if I should go to the er again because they treat me like I shouldn't be going.
