What Causes Nose Bleed While Suffering From Bronchitis?

I have had a cold (I am pretty sure bronchitis) for a week now and I also suffer from migraines. I had a migraine yesterday on my right side and this morning I had a sudden nosebleed from my right nostril. I have never had a nosebleed before. The relative humidity is high in our place and I used a vaporizer last night. My nose was not dry when I woke up. Should I be worried about his?

hi
don't worry much about nose bleed.
dry climates lead to irritation and we usually rub the nose which lead to mucosal erosion and bleeding . this will stop without any remedy.
migraine has no relation with nose bleed.
if bleeding is more , better use xylomatazoline nasal drops three times daily ( 2 drops in each nostril)
