What Causes Negative Result In Blood Test For Pregnancy During 6 Months Of Pregnancy?

hi I fell pregnant last year I did a pregnancy test at the doctors and it came up negative I also did a blood test that came up negative then started bleeding badly only to find out that I was going through a miscarriage this also happened with my now 2 year old daughter I found out I was pregnant with her at 6 months after doing test and blood test that came up negative please help me understand? why this happens?

Hi! if I were the treating doctor in this case of recurrent miscarriages in the second trimester, I would conclude that only a missed abortion could cause negative urine/blood tests for pregnancy as the fetus/placenta have already been degenerated!

Now your doctor only has to find the cause of such miscarriages like cervical incompetency etc.
