What Causes Neck, Ear Area, Groin And Collar Bone Swollen Lymph Nodes?

Dr. Krueger,
I have had swollen lymph nodes in the side of my neck, behind and in front of my ears, in my groin, and one under my collar bone (left side) for 14 years. I am now 27 (male). I have never had any symptoms such as night sweats, infections, fevers, etc. The lymph nodes have not changed in 14 years either.

Recently I think my spleen may have swollen. It doesn't hurt, I can eat big meals. I am just full of anxiety.

I am very healthy 5'-5" 135 lbs very active Marathons, and the gym 4-5 times per week.

What is going on with me? Do I have cancer?
