What Causes Nausea With Blood Pressure?

My daughter aged 32 has never been ill in her life. She had 2 children at home with no drugs. Youngest is 3 months. Last few weeks she has been feeling faint, dizzy, nausea, palpatations, pins and needles, aching legs, fluctuating blood pressure and as if she's going to die. Lying down doesn't alieve symptoms which come and go several times a day but she feels light-headed and lacking in energy all the time. She went to GP who took blood tests and said nothing showed up. He took her blood pressure and it was high then low. He said it may be hormonal after birth. Shes breast feeding. I looked up symptoms and hypoglycemia seemed to fit them. What do you think? I told her to drink something sweet when she gets an attack and that does make her feel better temporarily. She has always had a big appetite and eats every 2 - 3 hours or else she gets irritable. She is slim 130 lbs and tall 5'9"
