It is a strong nasal irritant even if there isn't anything but cocaine in it, and anything they use to dilute it with is much more irritating.

Cannot say in your particular situation how severe it is. Decongestants interact with cocaine (do you know that we ONLY warn people about the drug interactions of the LEGAL drugs they are taking when the interactions with the illegal ones are far more deadly--hhm... odd). Possibilities include, allergy, infection, changes in circulation, mechanical damage and others.

General & Family Physician Dr. Sandip Sanap's  Response
Blocked nose is a known effect post Cocaine abuse. It also results in sinusitis due to the inflammation and blocked mucus.
There is no timeline for the blocked nose and sinusitis to heal. I would recommend to keep an eye on sinusitis. Start treatment for sinusitis like antibiotics if you experience pain in sinuses and eyes, fever, headache.
Drink lots of water and water vapor inhalation is also advised for pain and inflamation relief
Hope you have quit cocaine for good as there are far worse things that can happen than a clogged nose. All the best.

Psychiatrist Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe's  Response
Cocaine destroys the lining of the nasal cavity by eating away at the skin. This is irreversible damage. I would seek medical attention with an outpatient primary care doctor for a physical exam and to prevent further damage.
