What Causes Muscles To Lock Up?
what are the causes for muscles locking up, legs, truck, lumbar, arms even in esophagus. It does it when I first start to flex any movemnt through out the day. I need to stretch it out right away to prevent the muscle from taking over and flexing themselves.
