What Causes Muscle Twitching?

I have been having muscle twitching for about 2 months....it is all over...sometimes it just feels like a 2 second vibration in my foot..next it will be a small twitch in my arm then by my lip and then it will go away...I am pretty sure I am pre menopausal.... my mom was already in menopause by my age now...I am not sure if this is hormonal or if I need more work up...my doctor as done all the blood work you could thing of and everything is normal...(I don't think any hormal tests were done however)...I am normally not an anxious person but this is always on my mine...could it be anxiety as well?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that your complain of muscle is involuntary and this is not related with any disease this is common phenomenon but anxious person feels this with greater intensity make them more worried but this is nothing to worry, take care and have a nice day.
