What Causes Muscle Flutter In Left Upper Abdomen?
Hi I have a muscle flutter in the left upper abdomen, it happens about every 3-5 mins and lasts 5ish seconds.
I had the same sensation under my left eye for 3 weeks and concerned if these are linked or not.
There doesn't seem to be a trigger.
I've had eye and muscle twitches before but none with such consistency.
Any ideas?

Hello,
Many muscles spasms like you describe are caused by either dehydration or not enough vitamins and minerals. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and avoiding caffeine and alcohol. Also add a multivitamin daily.
