I have pain just below the left shoulder blade. Not underneath it but the muscle just south of it. I have had this for weeks now. I had a bout of bronchitis fairly recently and coughed a lot and now when I cough or sneeze the muscle hurts like heck. The only other time I have experience this kind of muscle ache is when I lifted something heavy. Any suggestions?
HI Thank for asking to HCM Muscular pain of chest (rib-cage), shoulder is common condition in common cold, lower respiratory infection, and this aggravate at the time of sneezing because of the jerk, you have to treat the underlying cause, and for that I would suggest the following medicine, 1) Tab. Loratidine one tab twice day 2) Tab. Acetaminophen three times in day Drink more water, have a steam inhalation, this will come around, no need to worry about this, take care and have nice time,
