Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I recently stopped smoking weed about a month agao, and I barley smoked. But now I ve been getting dizzy lately and it s annoying. But last year in September I had viral meningitis and I was in the hospital for a week and felt dizzy like this. With a massive migrane and sore neck. What do you think is the problem?
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. The present dizziness may not have any relation with the viral meningitis you had, last September. You have stopped smoking weed, one month back, and you didn't have any symptoms so far, so it might not be a withdrawal symptom. The other reasons may be the infection of the internal ear, gastritis, hypertension, hypo tension, or ischemia of the brain. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment . You may need to have M.R.I, blood tests, etc for diagnosis. He may prescribe you cinnerzine, ranitidine, till the diagnosis is established. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
