What Causes Lymphoma In Between The Breasts And Neck In A 8 Month Old?

My 8 month old son has what I believe are lipomas. One on his side in between two of his ribs, one on the side of his neck and one on the back of his neck just above his hairline. Should I take him to see his pediatrician or wait and bring it up at his net well check appointment
