Hello,
1) Your symptoms suggest possibility of gastritis which produce rib-cage pain and UTI which produce lower abdomen pain.
2) Gastritis is inflammation of inner layer of stomach which lead to nausea, rib-cage pain.
3) Most common cause for repeated episodes of gastritis is H.Pylori infection in last part of stomach.
4) If you have such repeated episodes then you must undergo upper GI endoscopy with RUT test for H.Pylori to confirm infection and appropriate antibiotics must be started. Treatment also consist of medications for acidity and indigestion.
5) As a preventive measure, you must avoid oily, spicy, partially or uncooked foods.

Hope I answered your query. If you have further query, I would happy to help you.
Have a good day!
