What Causes Lower Right Stomach Pain?

I'm 17, 6 foot, 140-145 pounds. I have never had any health issues. I went to the doctor a few months ago for right lower stomach pain, but they did an ultrasound and never saw a cyst. Now I have a dissapearing lump on the right side of my belly button that is the circumference of a baseball and sticks out about an inch. This is the second time I have seen this.
