What Causes Lower Back Pain And Numbness In Hand?

hi am 45, female, 5'4, 220 lbs, i have had lower back pain for a wjhile now along with a fluttering sensation on my right side lower back, numbness in lower digits both hands arm pain around elbows, i have had blood tests, xrays, ultra sound, and everything comes back normal, the pain is affecting my perfromance at work, any advice

Cause of numbness could be due to nerve compression or deficiency of vit b12. Through clinical evaluation is required to reach the diagnosis. taking methylcobalamin supplements will be helpful.To exactly diagnose this problem, you need a MRI scan. Momentarily, take daily supplementation of Vit B2,B6 & B12 to suppress the symptoms of numbness in hands.
