What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain After Sex?

Doctor, I had sex with commercial sex worker ( 1 Or 2 min intercourse, Few sec blow job), after 3 days started paining in lower abdomen, lower lower lower abdomen left side and right side, initially I did blood test and urine test, results: no infection, after a week I did the tests like CCTV, Hepatitis A and C, results are negative. But still have pain in my abdomen, my legs are week. Please suggest preventive measures. I would be grateful for you, Doctor.

Hi Dear, When you ask Preventive measures in sexual health , it is barrier method like condom is most suitable to use while having intercourse with commercial sex worker. About your pain in abdomen its seems you fear some sexually transmitted disease and had tried to get investigate your self. Here it should be kept in mind about some other abdominal condition like appendicitis along with your suspicion of sexually transmitted disease. I suggest you to visit a Doctor like physician or surgeon who can systemically rule out the disease you fear as well as find the most appropriate condition which is responsible for your symptoms.
