I am currently on depo and had a child about 5 months ago. I am experiencing strange symptoms like loss of appetite, cramping on right upper abdomen, strange brownish mucus like discharge and back ache. I used to be on depo for about 3 years and never had any issues. Also, I got the depo provera shot 3 weeks early (oct. 18 2011) due to the clinic not knowing that I had gotten the shot at my 6 week post-partum appointment . (Aug. 25 2011) I took a blood test (nov. 10, 2011) to check my thyroid, liver and if I'm pregnant but the teats were fine and the pregnant test was negative.
